Clients retain ownership of their original business content.

Go Drive Stream retains ownership of its proprietary systems, workflows, templates, documentation, software configurations, automation frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property.

Third-party software remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

Send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Infringe intellectual property rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Drive Stream and Gerhold Ventures LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Drive Stream, Gerhold Ventures LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
